Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Baking Purpose Hub services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is required at the time of order placement for custom items. Standard bakery items can be paid for upon pickup.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and specialty item orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Wedding cakes require a minimum 2-week notice. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders over $100.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Allergen Information

Our bakery processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Limitation of Liability

Baking Purpose Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
